Serving as a strategic analytics partner for Authentication Risk Management, the full-time remote Authentication Risk Analytics Advisor will transform authentication, fraud, and operational data into actionable insights, manage leadership reporting, and analyze trends to support decision-making across various teams. Key responsibilities
Own and advance the reporting and insights framework for Authentication Risk Management, including performance scorecards and executive business reviews Analyze authentication performance, fraud activity, and operational KPIs to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement Translate complex data into clear executive narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 8+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or strategy within the fintech or financial services industry, focusing on authentication channels Strong understanding of authentication technologies and fraud trends Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Ability to develop executive-level reporting and performance measurement practices
