Territory Coverage Hugo, Merlin, Rand, Sunny Valley, Gold Hill, Rogue River, Wimer, Cave Junction, Dryden, Kerby, O'Brien, Redwood, Williams, Wonder, Grants Pass Compensation & Perks $32.61 – $ 39.85/hour $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Monday–Friday Schedule (Work-Life Balance!) What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes Follow physician-directed care plans to improve patient outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation Travel locally to deliver compassionate care where it’s needed most Be a trusted partner in each patient’s healthcare journey What We’re Looking For 1+ year of clinical nursing experience 1+ year of home health experience Strong documentation and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care Requirements
Active LPN/LVN License (Oregon)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR Certification
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
