Contract ICU RN Opportunity At Sibley Memorial Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine-Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C. was ranked among the top hospitals - fourth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by U.S. News & World Report in 2024. Join our Sibley Nursing Team as a Contract ICU RN! A new, ultramodern intensive care unit (ICU) opened at Sibley Memorial Hospital on Oct. 4, 2023, on the second floor of the main patient tower. The ICU team specializes in the management of adult and geriatric medical and surgical patients who have or are at high risk for a variety of life-threatening conditions. Position Details
Intensive Care Unit: 14-bed unit with capacity to expand to 18 beds 13 week contract, 36 hours per week with alternating weekends. Must be able to commit to a full 13 weeks. 12-hour Rotating shift
Requirements
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia. Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses. Ability to care for patients requiring Level 1 and Level 2 care/monitoring Code Blue and Rapid Response Teams experience ACLS/BLS/NIHSS At least 2 years of current experience in the acute care setting.
Salary Range: Minimum 60.00/hour - Maximum 60.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
