Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Choice Medical Group – Barstow Clinic Barstow, California At Choice Medical Group, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team supporting our Barstow clinic. Position Highlights
Full-Time or Part-Time outpatient opportunity with Choice Medical Group Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with providers typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative work No inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for your own patients Average patient volume of approximately 14–18 patients per day Focus on Annual Wellness Visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, medication reconciliation, patient education, and continuity of care Patient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income families Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient outcomes Salary range of approximately $106,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience and schedule Supportive team culture with opportunities for continuing education and professional growth Option for 1099 or W2 employment available.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active California RN License, NP License, and Furnishing License Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP preferred) Current DEA registration BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience preferred Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and EMR documentation skills
