Shift: 12-hour nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Shifts per Week: 3
Hours per Week: 36

Uniform: Dark Gray Scrubs
Job Requirements Active RN license in the state of Texas or a valid multistate (compact) RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience
BLS certification required
Resume, Relias Behavioral Assessment, and Skills Checklist required for submission
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment
Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a busy Emergency Department as an ER Registered Nurse / Travel RN
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care using the nursing process
Conduct nursing assessments, triage patients, assist with exams and emergency treatments
Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and monitor patient status while maintaining accurate medical records
Provide patient and family education, patient stabilization, and crisis intervention as needed
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols in the Emergency Department
