What You'll Do
Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to meet specific goals. Deliver physical therapy treatments in inpatient and outpatient settings. Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records following documentation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and program development. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, standards, and policies. Provide education and communication tailored to diverse patient populations.
What You Need
Current physical therapy license in the state of practice. At least 2 years of inpatient and outpatient therapy experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to use healthcare software. Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to changing patient demands.
