RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN for our Long Term Care team to provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing in a faith-based, mission-driven setting. The RN delivers holistic care to older adults and medically complex residents, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and fall prevention. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans, ensures accurate EHR documentation, and supports residents and families through education and advocacy.
