The position is full time and training is provided! We have a proven sales training program to set each employee up for success in this role. Once acclimated, additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities are available as well. Start a career, not just a job. No experience is required, but management or sales experience is a plus. Training and education are provided weekly. Must have:
Valid Driver’s License, full-time availability, excellent communication skills, great student mentality, team-building skills, some college courses completed. The Ideal Candidate for this position: DESIRES to BEGIN a NEW CAREER! Ex-Military/ Veterans - Bartenders/ Waiters - Cell Phone Sales/ Furniture Sales / Car Sales / Appliance Sales Retail sales experience and more - all do excellent in our business! Bi-Lingual (English + Spanish) is a PLUS YOU MUST BE: Hardworking and reliable Trustworthy Success-driven Great attention to detail and problem - solving ability Organized Professional in appearance Behavior and communication skills Tablet fluent – Salesforce experience is a plus Team Oriented - Positive - Self Driven - Mature - Competitive - Take Charge individual It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
