Required Qualifications
Experience in software quality assurance with a background in people management or team leadership Mid to senior-level management experience leading QA professionals in a technology organization Strong coaching and performance management skills Solid understanding of modern QA practices, including automation and agile development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
