Physical TherapistLocation: Edison, NJ Position: Full-Time Salary: $90K to $110K a year Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to guide patients through recovery with clear treatment plans and hands-on support. You will help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and comfort so they can return to everyday routines with better function and independence. Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and identify patient therapy needs
Create individualized plans of care
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional movement training
Help patients improve strength, coordination, and range of motion
Track results and adjust treatment based on patient progress
Provide patient education for home programs and prevention
Maintain accurate records for each visit and treatment plan
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation care preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work well with patients and clinical staff
