Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Cardiac Support Prime Healthcare is currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Resurrection Medical Center to support our cardiology team in Chicago, IL. This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity cardiac care setting alongside board-certified cardiologists, providing outpatient and limited inpatient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments and cardiac evaluations Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CHF, CAD, arrhythmias, and post-MI care Assist with medication management, lifestyle counseling, and patient education Collaborate with cardiologists to monitor and adjust treatment plans Support post-discharge follow-up and transitional care

Qualifications • Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with cardiology experience • At least 1 year of experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred • ACLS and BLS certification required Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$130,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
