LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this onsite role, you’ll deliver person-centered nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and support daily living needs. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team to provide holistic, faith-informed care that honors dignity and promotes health equity for underserved seniors.
