Project Manager - Tier 1 Main Contractor | Dublin West Permanent | Large-Scale Residential (Apartments) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor and take full ownership of a major apartment development in Dublin West. With a very strong pipeline of work secured for the next 3-5 years and beyond, this role offers long-term stability, exposure to flagship projects, and clear career progression within one of Ireland's most respected construction companies. Role overview This is a hands-on Project Manager position, responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction and planning through to delivery and handover. The role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with a strong residential background who has successfully delivered large-scale apartment or housing schemes for a main contractor or developer.
