Location: Eureka, CA, 959 Myrtle Avenue Start Date: 12/31/2025 Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable) Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract/Locum Licensure/Certifications: Active DEA, immunizations as required (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) Experience: General dentistry, all ages (kids and adults), charting within 72 hours, ability to work with diverse patient populations

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in a busy clinic setting Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatments, including restorations, extractions, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely charting within 72 hours Ensure compliance with all required immunizations and credentialing requirements before start date Collaborate with staff and team members to deliver quality patient care Document patient interactions thoroughly and within established timeframes Follow clinic protocols and safety procedures
What You Need:
Required: Active California dental license, DEA license, and immunizations (flu, TB test/x-ray, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) Experience in general dentistry, seeing all ages Strong patient communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month assignment with option to extend
