Join Affirmed Home Care - Now Hiring Pediatric LPNs in New Haven County, CT Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency, is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients throughout New Haven County, including New Haven, Hamden, Milford, West Haven, and surrounding areas. We are looking for dedicated nurses with hands-on pediatric experience. Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is strongly preferred. Flexible day and night shifts are available to fit your schedule. What We Offer:

Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric LPN experience (required) Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred) Authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Recent physical exam (within 1 year) PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
