We’re seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while working in a supportive, well-staffed environment. What You’ll Do
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Document resident care accurately and timely
Support and guide CNAs to ensure excellent resident outcomes
What We’re Looking For
LPN license
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
