This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service, supporting your team by keeping the wheels on the bus - keeping the team organized throughout campaign execution, ensuring all creator contracts are sent and countersigned, supporting team members in reviewing concepts and content, flagging when content is live, and confirm all details are in for creator payments./ppThree Best Things About The Job:/pulliBe part of one of the fastest-growing global influencer marketing agencies/liliThe chance to work on key clients with a vast array of campaign elements including different platforms, creator types, paid strategy, affiliate marketing, measurement, and strategy./liliJoining the business at a time of growth and expansion in the NA (North America) region/li/ulpMeasures Of Success - In The First Few Months, You Will Have:/pulliMet the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure of the pod./liliFamiliarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes./liliLearned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, Sprout Social, and Waves./liliUnderstanding creator comms + sourcing: Identify creators, shadow negotiations with them, and onboard them to Waves./liliCreator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists via creator sourcing, and support management of creators, and share creator guidelines across campaigns./liliInitiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager./li/ulpRoles Responsibilities:/pulliSupport with the day-to-day management of our campaigns, with a focus on key social platforms including; TikTok, YouTube, Meta (FB + IG) Pinterest, Snap./liliReviewing creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefing requirements and expectations against approved creative concept treatment./liliContinue to foster expert knowledge of the creator community./liliResponsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators, and managing comms with creators and talent management agencies as needed by your campaign team./liliSupport the campaigns team with strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing and outreach ensuring relevancy and diversity./liliOversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including contracting, brief content uploads, creator payments, and reporting inputs./liliEnsuring all campaigns are set up correctly across data sources to ensure Waves, TikTok One (TTO), and campaign trackers are consistent./liliSupporting senior team members with daily campaign statuses and updates./liliWork on end-of-campaign reports alongside Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to ensure we exceed client expectations./liliContinuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partners./li/ulpWhat You Will Need:/pulliMinimum of 1 year experience in an influencer marketing role/liliMust have experience sourcing creators and executing campaigns/liliMust be a self-starter who is eager to jump in and learn/liliStrong organization skills and meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail./liliHigh energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects./liliA proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others./liliAble to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally/liliThe ability to remain calm under pressure./liliNot afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with day-to-day tasks when required/liliStrong presentation and communication skills/liliBasic understanding of campaign execution and reporting metrics (impressions, views, CPM, VCR, ER, etc.)/liliExperience working with Travel and CPG Food Bev clients is a plus!/li/ulpA Few Of Our Core Benefits:/pulli401k Plan (eligible after your first 90 days of employment)/liliMedical, Dental Vision plans provided with United Healthcare/liliCareer Framework approach to leveling to ensure our compensation and progression is competitive/lili22 days of Paid Time Off (+ Federal Holidays which can be flexed to your needs)/liliOffice first hybrid approach with 2 days in our NY HQ (Flatiron)/liliYearly tenure celebrations/liliCompany wide offsites, seasonal celebrations and events/li/ulpAt Influencer, were committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity, equity and inclusion.
