Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs
Requirements:
2+ years of RN Endoscopy experience (required) BLS (AHA) certification State license in Michigan
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans based on comprehensive assessments. Engage in continuous learning through professional development and literature review. Demonstrate leadership by serving as a clinical resource and professional role model. Communicate effectively with team members and utilize structured communication methods. Manage time efficiently to enhance overall team performance. Perform other duties as directed by competency-based objectives.
Compliance / Notes: A strict attendance policy will be enforced starting 6/1/2024. Location: Petoskey, MI
