Employee appreciation programs Family owned Friendly community to provide compassionate, quality care to our residents Job Summary: Provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practices, established standards and administrative policies. Job Responsibilities: Administer personal hygienic, preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents. Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment in accordance with residents needs and facility philosophy. Provides for the community and priority of resident care while assuring for the comfort, emotional care and support of residents Assist with the nursing process of the unit, and provides input regarding needed or desired changes
Maintains documentation which accurately and completely records data pertaining to individual resident care, condition and treatment
initiates and supervises necessary action on the event of an emergency or disaster Protects residents, their privacy and property
