Psychiatrist Justice Resource Institute (JRI) is seeking a full-time (32-40hr/wk) Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for our residential programs in MA and CT. You will be responsible for the trauma-informed psychiatric management of youth up to age 22, coping with severe emotional, behavioral, and attachment issues. The pay range for this position is $125.00 to $180.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. You will have the opportunity to transform the lives of children and families, including:
complex diagnostic assessment psychopharmacological management parent guidance team consultation comprehensive treatment planning Supervision/collaboration with non-physician prescribers
Multidisciplinary team collaboration is integral to this position. Psychiatric services are provided on-site. JRI is one of the largest human services providers in the Commonwealth of MA. JRI has over 100 programs that serve hundreds of clients in residential settings and exponentially more in outpatient and community-based settings. JRI is committed to the team model of service delivery and promotes collaborative interdisciplinary practice between our psychiatrists and our staff. We provide cutting-edge, trauma-specialized clinical interventions, ensuring the provision of the highest quality evidence-based family-centered psychiatric care in our residential programs. Candidate must have completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from an accredited program. Candidate must be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
