Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients Qualifications:
