Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process within hospital policies. Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify patient outcomes and complete holistic assessments. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, including physician and nursing orders. Acquire and maintain current knowledge in nursing practice through ongoing education and participate in mentorship. Delegate appropriate tasks to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) and monitor quality of care. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, fostering a positive environment. Job RequirementsRequired:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Active North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Willing to obtain PALS/ACLS/TNCC
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ER experience
