Responsibilities: Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities. Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners. Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics.
Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them. Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients. Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome. Qualifications:
Active IL dental license plus at least eight years of practice experience
Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work. Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance - eager to further enhance your skillset.
