Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols Monitor and operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.) Maintain proper inventory of sterilization supplies and reorder as necessary Ensure all operatories are properly stocked and equipped for procedures Support clinical team by turning over rooms and preparing them for patient care Follow infection control and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment Organize and store sterilized instruments in designated areas Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of sterilization equipment Assist with equipment setup and breakdown for procedures as needed Maintain accurate sterilization logs and documentation Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills
Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols Experience in a clinical environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Understanding of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards

The salary range for this role is $16-$22 per hour.
