Aeromag is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate team.

Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, you will play a key role in analyzing the financial performance of the company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze individual and consolidated financial statements
• Present monthly operating results to Management
• Support the annual budgeting process
• Analyze budget variances
• Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors
• Perform account reconciliations
• Improve financial processes and reporting tools
• Contribute to special projects and strategic analysis

What We’re Looking For

• CPA designation (public accounting experience an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of ASPE
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and Power Pivot required; Power BI and Power Query considered assets)
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Excellent ability to synthesize financial information and communicate insights clearly
• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)

Votre rôle

Relevant du Directeur Finance & Comptabilité, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse de la performance financière de l’entreprise et de ses filiales.

Responsabilités principales

• Préparer et analyser les états financiers individuels et consolidés
• Présenter les résultats d’exploitation mensuels à la direction
• Participer au processus budgétaire annuel
• Analyser les écarts budgétaires
• Préparer les dossiers d’audit et collaborer avec les auditeurs externes
• Effectuer les conciliations de comptes
• Améliorer les processus financiers et les outils de reporting
• Contribuer à des projets spéciaux et à des analyses stratégiques

Profil recherché

• Titre CPA (expérience en cabinet comptable un atout)
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
• Excellente connaissance des NCECF (ASPE)
• Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à transformer les données en recommandations concrètes
• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (formules complexes et Power Pivot requis; Power BI et Power Query un atout)
• Expérience avec un ERP (Dynamics 365 un atout)
• Grande rigueur et excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
• Capacité à influencer des parties prenantes à tous les niveaux
• Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
• Capacité démontrée à respecter les échéances avec un haut niveau de précision
• Forte capacité de collaboration interfonctionnelle
• Excellente aptitude à synthétiser l’information financière et à communiquer clairement les analyses
• Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit)
