RN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN for our Long Term Care team serving underserved elders in a mission-driven, faith-informed environment. The RN provides holistic assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and ongoing monitoring for residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, safety, and whole-person wellbeing. This role includes resident and family education, accurate EHR documentation, and adherence to infection control and regulatory standards while advancing health equity and compassionate, community-focused care.
