Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing and organizing the operating room to assist with surgical procedures Upholding sterile fields and implementing infection control protocols Delivering instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical teams Managing and preparing surgical equipment throughout the procedure Ensuring readiness by monitoring supplies for each surgery Working closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical personnel to provide seamless care Maintaining precise surgical counts and documentation Education Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory Required Certifications:
Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Key Skills and Attributes:
