Dentist We're hiring a Dentist in Allentown, Pennsylvania who wants an exceptional income package, complete control over their personal time, and a rewarding career making a difference in an underserved community. You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages. You'll practice with the peace of mind that comes from no evenings, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities while working alongside a highly collaborative and mission-driven clinical team. Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities Average patient volume of 18–20 patients per day $20,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 retention bonus Annual production bonus opportunity up to 18% of base salary Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 plus PSLF qualification Full clinical support staff in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
What makes you a great fit
You hold a DDS or DMD degree You have a clear and active Pennsylvania dental license You possess strong verbal and written communication skills You enjoy educating patients and building long-term relationships You're comfortable providing dental care to patients of all ages
Compensation & Benefits
