Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Attributes That Make You Shine
