Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Understand patients' needs and devise personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their achievable goals. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver integrated and comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and their families on effective therapy methods to ensure continued progress at home. Assess and Document Progress: Monitor therapeutic outcomes and modify treatment approaches as necessary to keep patients on track. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Ongoing learning and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and available. Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
