Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed patient population in a rehabilitation setting Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations, with complexity-weighted documentation and billing Deliver 40-minute follow-up treatment sessions with no double-booking or patient overlap Maintain a productivity goal of 70% (approximately 2.7 units per hour, with evaluations weighted by complexity) Document all patient care accurately using NetHealth/Redoc EMR Collaborate with an on-site manager and interdisciplinary team to support quality patient outcomes Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of North Carolina (or compact eligibility) Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with NetHealth/Redoc EMR platform Experience working with a mixed outpatient patient population across varying diagnoses and complexity levels Familiarity with outpatient productivity standards and unit-based billing practices Why Join Us
