Qualification Requirements
Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD). We are looking for doctors with strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair-side manner, and the desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry.
Compensation
Salary: $200,000 to $350,000 /year. Up to $1,500 Daily Minimum Guarantee depending on experience. Production-based compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000 /month. Production is not adjusted for any insurance adjustments. Our doctors get compensated on full production. Malpractice insurance. Medical & prescription drugs benefits. Dental & vision insurance benefits. Life & disability insurance benefits. Immigration sponsorship (H1B, TN, Green Card).
