Eastconn Transition Academy Position Eastconn Transition Academy (ETA) in Willimantic, CT serves students ages 18 through 22 with a variety of learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. ETA is committed to the practices found across all of our specialized programs, including explicit instruction; data-based decision-making; team collaboration; and universal, proactive approaches. Required qualifications include:
Experience working in an educational setting. B.A. degree in education, psychology, social work or related field. Computer competency.
Special requirements:
Within six (6) months of appointment, must successfully complete Safety Care training and recertification annually. Within one (1) year of appointment, must complete and maintain certification for First Aid and CPR training.
