Setting: Hospital - CAT SCAN Unit (hospital CT, trauma center)
Start Date: June 28, 2026
End Date: September 26, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 1:00 PM - 1:30 AM (12-hour nights)
Hours per Week: 36
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,340 - $2,510 (estimated pay for CT Technologist)
Schedule: Every other weekend required; block scheduling on weekends accepted; no on-call or holiday shifts
Required Qualifications Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - CT/ Radiography credential preferred
Licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio (state radiology license)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist / radiologic technologist in a hospital CT unit
Recent experience with Epic EMR (within the last 12 months)
Experience working in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center required (trauma CT experience)
Manual dexterity to operate CT equipment and safely position patients; ability to lift and assist patients as needed
CPR certification required
CT Registry preferred (CT specialty certification)
Strong communication skills to coordinate with patients, radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff
Up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) allowed
Responsibilities Operate computed tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment (Canon scanners) to produce diagnostic CT scans and radiographs
Position patients and ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort throughout imaging procedures
Acquire high-quality images and ensure accurate, timely processing of patient records and procedure results in Epic EMR
Evaluate images in collaboration with radiologists and perform additional imaging as requested
Assist with invasive procedures and interventional radiology support as required within scope of training
Maintain equipment and adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards
Document procedures, findings, and patient interactions thoroughly in electronic health records
Perform other assigned duties within scope of training and CT technologist skills
