Job Description Therapy Source is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-person services in a charter school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is scheduled to begin on August 10, 2026 and will be for the remainder of the 26-27 school year. Speech Language Pathologist Position Details: 20-35 hours per week Elementary through high school caseload Competitive compensation of up to $60 per hour or $2,100 per week, depending on experience Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications: Active Florida SLP license or eligible SLPA credentials Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized goals for students requiring speech-language services. Provide direct speech and language intervention services to elementary through high school students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Support students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals through evidence-based therapeutic practices. Manage caseload responsibilities, including case management duties, IEP participation, and service coordination. Provide consultation and collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student. Maintain accurate documentation, records, progress reports, and compliance with school, district, and state requirements.
