Assignment Details Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements - Must have 1 year experience in Special Procedures or Cath/EP cases - ARRT or RCIS certification - ACLS certification - BLS certification - State of TX Medical Radiologic License - Must disclose any previous employment history with the organization
Roles & Responsibilities - Conduct specialized examinations in cardiac catheterization, peripheral vascular studies, and/or electrophysiology studies. - Serve as a lead worker and resource to medical and clinical staff to maximize utilization of capabilities. - Collaborate with the intra-procedure team to ensure safe patient care and participate in Universal Protocol and site marking identification. - Assist in the preparation of patients and rooms for procedures while maintaining equipment and instituting preventive maintenance. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction, implementing and monitoring recommendations as appropriate. - Stay current on developments in cardiovascular technology through continuous education and participation in professional organizations.
