The APP Clinical Manager is responsible for: Clinical Oversight: Providing direct clinical support and guidance to APP teams across virtual and in-person care settings, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Leadership & Team Development: Leading and mentoring APPs, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Operational Excellence: Partnering with administrative and clinical leaders to optimize workflows, enhance patient access, and support innovative care models. Strategic Alignment: Supporting system-wide initiatives and aligning APP practices with IU Health's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Position Details: Full-time
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
