Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. The role involves providing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety during an 8-hour shift. Candidates must possess a valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate. Job Responsibilities:
To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times Ensure any documentation/appointment information etc. Is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors Inform facility of any changes in residents situation / plan Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a valid HHA or CNA certification. Ability to work 8-hour shifts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
