Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed. Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify care needs and preferences. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Complete health clearance including required immunizations. Completion of the Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing. Criminal Background Check and other professional documentation as required.
