Overview Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: 400 S. Melrose Dr. Suite 215,Vista, CA 92081 Compensation: $82K-$92K/year (based on experience) Incentives: $5K Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance + Relocation Assistance Available Our physical therapy center in Vista, CA is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist that is a motivated - self starter, looking for mentorship and continued learning. Our outpatient orthopedic clinic sees a diverse patient population across the lifespan: acute, chronic, post-operative, vestibular, concussion, and more! This position would also provide occasional coverage for our San Marcos clinic. Our team values mentorship, collaboration, and clinician development. Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification
