We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Information Technology to oversee the company's day-to-day IT operations and technology infrastructure. This role is responsible for managing corporate hardware, software, communications systems, end-user support, and technology vendors while supervising one IT Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the IT Manager and oversee daily IT support activities. Manage company laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related hardware. Administer Microsoft 365, email systems, user accounts, permissions, and security settings. Oversee corporate network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN access, and telecommunications systems. Support conference room technology, audio/visual equipment, video conferencing platforms, and meeting room systems. Manage office printers, copiers, scanners, and print management solutions. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment, account setup, and access management. Ensure timely resolution of help desk tickets and technical support requests. Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and equipment suppliers. Maintain cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, software updates, backups, and data security protocols. Track IT assets, software licensing, warranties, and technology inventory. Assist with technology upgrades, system implementations, and office technology projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred. 5+ years of IT operations and systems administration experience. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, email systems, Windows environments, and user support. Experience supporting laptops, printers, copiers, mobile devices, conference room technology, and office AV systems. Working knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and endpoint management. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and support both executives and end users.
