Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Experience managing an outpatient caseload averaging 11–12 patients per 8-hour day preferred. Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to coordinate with support staff and direct access to referring physicians.
