Facility Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Carpenter to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks to maintain and enhance the park's facilities and structures.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on park facilities, including buildings, rides, and attractions.
• Construct, repair, and install structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and variable shifts as required by park operations.
