Speech Language Pathologist Under the general direction of the Director of Special Populations and the site administrator, identifies students within the district who require speech and language services. Conducts comprehensive assessments to determine students' communication needs and develops appropriate intervention plans. Provides speech-language therapy services to address and remediate communication disorders affecting speech, language, voice, fluency, and related skills. Collaborates with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success, establish positive relationships with families, and make referrals to additional services when appropriate. Continuously monitors and evaluates student progress, assesses the effectiveness of intervention programs, maintains required documentation, and performs other duties directly related to supporting students' communication and educational needs. Requirements / Qualifications: 1. Copy of Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential, 2. Current Resume 3. Letter of Interest 4. Three Letters of Recommendation 5. Copy of test scores, 6. Comments and Other Information: *Speech Language Pathologists will start at Step 8 of the salary schedule with or without service credit. The District may also provide up to seven additional years of service credit based on verified experience. The Governing Board is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education.
