Job Description
Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to support their functional achievements. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-driven methods to enhance patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and day-to-day activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in conjunction with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver holistic and comprehensive patient care. Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide clear guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methodologies to foster long-term progress. Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes closely and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients are on the path to success. Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Ongoing professional development and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory Skills
