Hematology/Oncology Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: 07/11/2026
• End Date: 6-months from start
• Schedule: Tuesday- Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • No call or weekends

Clinical Details:

• Seeing general hematology and oncology patients across a broad range of diagnoses
• Working with APPs and other team members
• Responding to in basket questions/concerns through Epic EMR
• Taking phone calls from outside providers regarding patients known and unknown to the practice
• About 10-15 patients per/day with a mix of new and follow up visits
• Bone marrow biopsies optional as performed by APPs
• Clinical Requirement: Comfort with benign hematology, facility receives a significant volume of these referrals
• Outpatient
• Support Staff: 2 Physicians & 2 APPs
• Patient Demographics: Adults

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Oncology and/or Hematology, or Both
• Active ME License or Active IMLC
• Covid and flu vaccine
• EPIC Experience
• NPDB pulled within 30-days of presentation
