365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

• Base Salary: $515,000 $582,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Schedule: Full-time, daytime clinical and surgical schedule
• Call: 1:4 shared rotation
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

• Hospital-employed position
• High-volume practice with strong referral base

Surgeries performed at a well-equipped hospital with modern surgical capabilities.

• Provide comprehensive general urology care
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions including:
  • BPH
  • Urologic cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney)
  • Kidney stones
  • Voiding dysfunction
  • Urinary incontinence
  • Sexual dysfunction
• Perform surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted cases
• Manage both outpatient clinic and inpatient care
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty referral network
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification (prior to start)
• Clean malpractice and license history

Open to early-career and experienced physicians .

• $515K $582K base salary
