Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and mobility Develop and implement individualized care plans with the nursing team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in resident care conferences and care planning meetings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish preferred Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed Ability to pass a drug test
