We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team. No experience required. Paid training and certification provided. What You'll Do As a Patient Care Assistant, you will support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living environments. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and hygiene Meal preparation and light housekeeping Supporting medication administration Transporting individuals using a company vehicle Providing emotional support and encouraging independence Shifts Available

High school diploma or GED Valid Michigan driver's license, in good standing CPR/First Aid and CBIS certification preferred (not required) Experience in patient care, CNA, or TBI support is a plus
