Conrad Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to help deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages in a welcoming clinic environment. Responsibilities Prepare patients for appointments, exams, and minor procedures Obtain vital signs, patient history, and other clinical information Assist providers and clinical staff with daily patient care activities Administer medications and vaccines as ordered Collect and prepare lab specimens for testing as needed Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and patient care tracking Document patient information accurately within the electronic health record Provide education and answer questions for patients and family members Support a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on excellent patient care Maintain compliance with clinic, safety, privacy, and regulatory standards
Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistants (Certificate, diploma, or Associate’s Degree) required.
Experience: Previous clinical experience in a medical office preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s): Certified or Registered Medical Assistant through one of the following required: National Healthcareer Association
